Clave 隐私政策
一句话：Clave 不收集你的任何数据。
Clave 没有服务器，也没有账号：没有广告，没有分析统计，也没有任何第三方 SDK。 你的所有内容都留在你自己的设备上。
我们不收集什么
Clave 不收集、不存储、不传输任何个人信息。具体来说：
- 没有账号，不需要注册，也不需要登录。
- 没有分析统计、没有埋点、没有崩溃上报。
- 没有广告，也没有任何广告标识符。
- 不读取通讯录、位置、照片、健康数据，也不做跨 App 追踪。
- App 里没有任何一行发起网络请求的代码。你的设备不向我们的（或不存在的） 服务器发送任何内容。
麦克风
麦克风只在调音器工作的时候使用。音频在设备上实时分析音高， 不录音、不保存、不发送。关掉调音器，麦克风立刻停止。 你随时可以在 iOS 的「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风」里收回这项权限。
相机
相机只用来点亮手电，把手电当作节拍灯用。 不拍照、不录像、不保存、不发送。只有当你主动打开手电拍灯时， App 才会请求这项权限。
存在你设备上的东西
下面这些数据保存在 App 自己的沙盒里，以及一个仅限本机、 供 Clave 自己的小组件和 Apple Watch App 读取的共享容器（App Group）里：
- 练习记录：每次练习的时长、日期和标签
- 预设、调音设置、律制与移调
- 面板配色选择
它们不会离开这台设备。删除 App 就会一并删除，我们这边没有副本， 也无从恢复。
购买
内购由 Apple 处理。我们收不到你的姓名、卡号或账单地址，只能从 Apple 得知 「这项解锁是否已经被购买」，用来决定要不要显示高级面板。付款与退款都由 Apple 负责，适用 Apple 自己的隐私政策。
这是 App 里唯一需要联网的地方——购买要走 App Store。除此之外， Clave 的每一项功能都在本机完成，没有网络请求。
小组件、实时活动与 Apple Watch
它们读取的是上面那份本机数据，通过同一台设备上的共享容器传递， 同样不向任何地方发送内容。
儿童
Clave 不收集任何人的数据，包括儿童。App 年龄分级为 4+。
系统层面的诊断信息
iOS 可能在你同意的前提下把崩溃日志和诊断信息发送给 Apple。那是系统行为， 由 Apple 的隐私政策约束；我们既拿不到这些信息，也无法关闭它。 你可以在「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 分析与改进」里自行调整。
政策变更
如果这份政策有变化，我们会更新本页顶部的生效日期。由于 Clave 不收集任何数据， 我们预计这份政策不会有多少要改的地方。

Clave Privacy Policy
In one line: Clave collects no data about you.
Clave has no server and no account: no ads, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Everything you put into it stays on your own device.
What we do not collect
Clave does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. Specifically:
- No account. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to sign in to.
- No analytics, no usage tracking, no crash reporting.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No access to contacts, location, photos or health data, and no cross-app tracking.
- There is no code in the app that makes a network request. Your device sends nothing to us, because there is nothing of ours to send it to.
Microphone
The microphone is used only while the tuner is listening. Audio is analysed on the device, in real time, to detect pitch. It is never recorded, saved or transmitted. The moment you close the tuner, the microphone stops. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Camera
The camera is used only to switch the torch on and off, so the torch can serve as a beat lamp. No photo or video is ever captured, saved or transmitted. The permission is requested only when you turn the torch beat lamp on yourself.
What is stored on your device
The following lives in the app's own sandbox, and in a container shared on that device only with Clave's own widgets and Apple Watch app:
- Your practice log: the length, date and tag of each practice session
- Presets, tuner settings, temperaments and transposition
- Your choice of panel finish
None of it leaves the device. Deleting the app deletes it, and we hold no copy to restore it from.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your name, card number or billing address. All we learn from Apple is whether the unlock is owned, which decides whether the advanced panel is shown. Payment and refunds are Apple's to handle, under Apple's own privacy policy.
This is the only place in the app that needs a network connection, because a purchase goes through the App Store. Every other feature runs entirely on the device, with no network request.
Widgets, Live Activity and Apple Watch
These read the same local data described above, through the shared container on the same device. They send nothing anywhere either.
Children
Clave collects no data from anyone, children included. It is rated 4+.
Diagnostics at the system level
iOS may, with your consent, send crash logs and diagnostics to Apple. That is the system's own behaviour, governed by Apple's privacy policy. We neither receive that information nor can we turn it off. You can adjust it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Since Clave collects nothing, we expect there to be very little to change.
